PT Personnel & Program Requirements
Policy
LifeCare will maintain an adequate number of qualified personnel, space and equipment necessary to carry out the physical therapy services we provide and to fulfill our mission and objectives. This will be accomplished by:
Providing and maintaining the adequate space, equipment and facilities necessary to provide therapeutic exercises and the modalities of heat, cold, water and electricity.
Maintaining personnel qualified to conduct patient evaluations and administer tests and measurements of strength, balance, endurance, range of motion and activities of daily living

Standard
15-E-1 If the organization offers physical therapy services, it provides an adequate program of physical therapy and has an adequate number of qualified personnel and the equipment necessary to carry out its program and to fulfill its objectives. 485.713 Condition
