Statement of Commitment
Compliance to regulations and standards is a dynamic and ongoing process integrated into the day-to-day practices at LifeCare. In addition to the required Self-Surveys, LifeCare conducts monthly compliance reviews of our organization. The review process includes the Governing Body, OPT Administrator, COO, Core Team, and any support personnel needed to ensure that policies remain current and appropriate for our organization. The review process culminates in the completion of our Self Survey for QuadA accreditation. Self Survey Documents are below and documentation of review can be found in related sections of our OPT Manual.
