LifeCare is committed to maintaining a safe, compliant, and well‑regulated environment for all employees, contractors, patients, visitors, and partners. To uphold this commitment, LifeCare will fully comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local building, fire, and safety codes governing the design, operation, and maintenance of our facility.
Policy Requirements
LifeCare will:
Ensure that all buildings, structures, and equipment meet or exceed current Federal, State, and local building, fire, and safety regulations
Maintain documentation demonstrating compliance with required inspections, permits, and certifications
Promptly correct any identified deficiencies or hazards to restore compliance
Cooperate fully with regulatory agencies during inspections, reviews, or investigations
Integrate code requirements into all renovation, construction, and maintenance activities
Responsibility
The OPT Administrator is responsible for overseeing compliance efforts, coordinating inspections, maintaining records, and ensuring the timely resolution of any issues identified by internal reviews or external authorities.
