Preventative Maintenance Program

Policy

LifeCare will maintain a written preventative maintenance program that provides for routine inspection of our facility, equipment, and supplies. Monthly self-inspection reports are completed with documentation maintained. Follow-up is the responsibility of the OPT Assistant Administrator.
